已執行過的案子領域包含地圖資訊系統、Fintech、金融業、藝文界、影視娛樂、航空業。設計平台經驗涵括iOS,Android, Windows和網站。作為一個使用者中心導向的使用者經驗創造者與文化塑造者，我擅長分析問題、連結概念並提出產品策略框架。善於換位思考，同理與協調團隊，尋求資源與連結。視覺與簡報工具是我與人溝通的利器。

除了設計專業，與客戶關係的經營更是無形的關鍵，幾年下來累積的不只是設計專業的成長，而是面對客戶溝通的拿捏與局勢的觀察。

 

我也深信，好的設計產出必然來自於好的工作流程與團隊文化。在AJA近三年期間，與夥伴致力檢討、創新專案本身的流程，並在內部舉辦過多次不同形式的交流與工作坊，讓團隊成員互相瞭解與激盪，消弭團隊障礙，建立團隊文化。在WeWork任產品經理期間，致力於構建UX-centered工程團隊，舉辦調研工作坊、共創工作坊，帶領工程師從早期調研開始參與，推動UX納於敏捷產品開發流程，持續與用戶接觸改善產品

 

我喜愛和人對話，書寫與畫圖是我理解、重組、與影響世界的方式。我希望透過更多方式為這個世界帶來正面影響。相信人生的樂趣在於連結與實踐，連結洞見、連結夥伴、實踐行動、實踐願景。

YuRong Cheng, an user experience designer who is skillful in design research & interaction design. Having 6-years working experiences in design area, I’m also passionate about building a good team dynamics and culture. Writing and sketching are my ways to experience, organize, and influence the worlds.

 

As a user-centered designer and a fast learner, I’m specialized in analyzing the issues, proposing the framework and connecting the resources. I love to embrace the challenges, as well as to see the changes brought by every effort we made. Curiosity and optimism grew in my blood, which always enhance me to explore out of the box.

 

I’ve worked on over 22 projects ranging from fintech, finance, airlines, insurance, to media. Proficient in conducting design process from design strategy, UX research, IA, wireframe design, prototyping to user testing with excellent analysis, communication and presentation skills.
