Hi, I'm YuRong (YR). My passion is to take advantage of our professionals to make the positive impacts and give the blessing to the people in the world. As an user-centered UX creator and a culture shaper over the past 6 years, I’m specialized in analyzing the issues, connecting insights, and proposing the product strategy framework. The perspective-taking mindset makes me able to show empathy and cooperate with the team.
Worked on over 22 projects ranging from map service, fintech, finance, airlines, insurance, to media. Proficient in conducting design process from design strategy, UX research, IA, wireframe design, prototyping to user testing with excellent analysis, communication and presentation skills.

As a 6-year UX creator, my responsibility is to conduct the whole design process and product management, including desk study, UX research, IA, wireframe design, prototyping and user testing, I’ve been in cooperate with designers and clients for over 22 projects. Qualities are endorsed by clients such as China Airlines, Eva Air, (The most 2 famous airline companies in Taiwan), Cathay Bank, Cathay Life, Cathay financial holdings(Famous financial company ),Chunghwa Telecom(The biggest Telecom company in Taiwan). Gained over 95% customer satisfaction of mostly projects.
